In compliance to the Telecom Consumers Protection And Redressal of Grievances Regulations, 2007

(3 of 2007-Implementation) the customers of BSNL North East-I telecom circle can lodge their

complaints/grievances related to all BSNL services (except Cellular) on the toll Free Customer care

Number 1500 located in every SSA.  In case the customer is not satisfied with the redressal of the

grievance, they may approach the Nodal Officer at SSA level/Nodal Officer at Circle level and if not

sorted-out can further appeal to the Appellate Authority as per the following list:
